These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Omniversal Profits website and any services or products provided by Omniversal Profits LLC (“Omniversal Profits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website or purchasing our services or products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Omniversal Profits provides digital services and products that may include website design and development, website hosting, domain registration and management, search engine optimization (SEO), Google Business Profile management, Google Ads management, Meta advertising, digital marketing, consulting, website maintenance, digital products, templates, Vendor Markets, and other related services we may offer.

Specific services, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and project requirements may be established through a proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other written agreement.

2. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated before a project or service begins. Depending on the service, payment may require a deposit, payment in full, or an agreed payment schedule.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable.

For recurring services, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but services remain active through the period that has already been paid for. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a paid period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid balances.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, materials, account access, approvals, and feedback reasonably necessary to complete services.

Delays in providing required information or communication may affect project timelines.

If a client does not provide necessary feedback or communication within the agreed project timeline, Omniversal Profits may proceed using reasonable assumptions and standard features necessary to complete the project.

4. Websites, Domains & Hosting

Website development, hosting, domain registration, and management services are subject to the specific terms agreed upon for each project.

Domain names registered for a client remain the client's property, subject to the applicable domain registrar's policies and registration requirements.

Hosting and management services may be provided directly by Omniversal Profits or through third-party providers.

5. Marketing & Advertising

Omniversal Profits may provide SEO, Google Business Profile management, Google Ads, Meta advertising, and other marketing services.

Marketing and advertising results depend on numerous factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific leads, sales, revenue, rankings, traffic, conversions, advertising performance, or other business results.

Advertising budgets are separate from management or service fees unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Revisions & Changes

Website and other creative services may include a defined number of revisions as stated in the applicable proposal or agreement.

Minor revisions are not the same as a redesign or substantial change in project scope. Requests that materially change the original project may require additional fees or a new project.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and usage rights for websites, designs, templates, digital products, content, and other materials will be determined by the applicable proposal, invoice, license, or service agreement.

Digital products and templates are licensed for their intended use and may not be resold, redistributed, or commercially repackaged without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party platforms and services, including hosting providers, domain registrars, advertising platforms, analytics services, payment processors, and other technology providers.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, price changes, or other actions taken by third-party providers.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use our website, services, or products for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activities.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services that involve illegal activity, infringement of intellectual property rights, abuse, fraud, deception, or other conduct that creates unreasonable legal or operational risk.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

We make no guarantee that our website, services, marketing efforts, or products will produce a particular business result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omniversal Profits LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
